2.1 Made-to-Order Production

Every item at Sob Cart is printed and produced on demand once your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

2.2 Shipping Times

Once your order leaves our production facility, estimated delivery times are:

Total time from order to delivery is typically production time + shipping time. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.

2.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

2.4 Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

2.5 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your destination country. These are not included in our checkout price and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

2.6 Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at support@sobcart.store as soon as possible — we cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production.

2.7 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at support@sobcart.store with your order number and photos (for damaged items), and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund.
